·         Receive inbound telephone calls to set up new accounts for customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction with products (cable channels) purchased

·         Accept payments over the telephone for electronic checks

·         Adjust services received by customer by either adding and/or discontinuing cable channels as per customer’s request

·         Assist in troubleshooting cable issues over the telephone

·         Schedule technician visits for customer at customer’s convenience

·         Disconnect services as per customer’s request
